MOBIE 2014, Topics

The goals of this important face-to-face meeting are:

1) To bring representatives from all participating teams around the same table to discuss MOBIE and get the latest updates

2) To go over the committee report from the October 2013 Conceptual Design Handover Workshop and review/discuss areas where more technical work is required

3) To go over each proposed mini-study and review rationale, statement of work, specific deliverables and collaborating institutions

4) To go over TMT common practices that all mini-studies will be required to follow (work package agreements, types of technical/management documents, schedule development/cost estimating methodologies and communications/oversight/reporting)

5) To discuss plans beyond the mini-studies (delta conceptual design, preliminary design, team evolution, etc. etc)

6) To foster interactions between MOBIE partners!
