  1. Accomodation Info

    For booking hotel:

For all participants, please contact and confirm with Doctor Shen Zhi Xia in advance for booking your rooms at Olympic Village Garden Hotel if needed. The hotel is in 10 minutes walking distance from National Astronomical Observatories, and next to the famous Olympic Stadiums and Olympic Forest Park.

Another alternative is NAOC guest house, please also contact with Doctor Shen Zhi Xia, Doctor Feng Lu, or Li Yang Peng for booking your rooms at the guest house if needed. The guest is located in the building in between NAOC A and B building. Its location is very convenient and time saving.

    To get to the hotel:

It is very convenient to find a taxi from the taxi station at the Beijing Airport. Once you get the taxi, just show the following map and messages to the driver, and he/she will surely take you to the destination. Taxi fee is about 100 Yuan if there is no traffice jam. If the speed is less than 20km/h for 5 mins it would cost as 1 km, so the price could be doubled if the traffic is not so good.
